Welcome to Kazoku! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kazoku mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Kazoku, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Kazoku, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.
Kazoku is an AI-powered chat application that provides users with simulated family member characters for conversation, support, and companionship. The service includes:
To use Kazoku, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data, including messages and memories, will be permanently removed.

New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial of PRO features. The trial can only be used once per account. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store account settings.
Refunds are handled through Google Play Store according to their refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
You retain ownership of the messages and information you share with Kazoku. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the service.

All rights, title, and interest in Kazoku, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Kazoku and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service.
Your use of Kazoku is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Kazoku, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Kazoku at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
KAZOKU IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAZOKU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kazoku harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
